Eugene Lowry Eubank (b. Dec. 2, 1892, Mangum, Oklahoma-d. April 9, 1997), U.S. Air Force officer, became a flying cadet in the Signal Corps and received his commission in 1918. He served as pilot and observer in Hawaii in 1922 and became a test pilot and chief, Flight Test Unit, in the late 1920s.
